The South Dakota Simmental Association Board of Directors will award two $500 scholarships in 2024 to a 2025 graduating high school senior or post-secondary student. Applicants must have been raised on a ranch, registered or commercial, and have interest in Simmental Cattle. Applicants must write an essay to include: How Simmental Cattle have affected applicant’s life and how that will shape applicant’s life going forward.
